About the role

Responsible for shaping the enterprise outsourcing strategy, the full-time remote Outsourcing Strategy Executive will manage performance, compliance, and risk while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support enterprise growth. Key responsibilities Develop and oversee the enterprise outsourcing strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and manage outsourcing performance through scorecard frameworks Translate executive priorities into operational requirements, ensuring alignment between internal teams and outsourced partners while driving standardization across processes Collaborate with various departments to provide insights on outsourcing outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead quarterly business reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in service strategy, outsourcing strategy, or business process operations Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders both with and without direct authority Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in the insurance or financial industry preferred
