Executive Assistant
Location: South Denver (Denver Tech Center)
Work Environment: 100% On-Site. 8am-5pm. Monday through FridayA Typical Day Includes...Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and other commitments Coordinate a high volume of meeting activity and proactively organize the executive’s schedule to ensure priorities are appropriately managed Monitor and maintain the executive’s inbox, including forwarding emails, organizing communications, and handling basic email-related tasks as appropriate Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and help facilitate communication on the executive’s behalf Arrange occasional business travel, including coordinating flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and private aircraft travel Prepare for and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and other administrative needs Assist with occasional projects and administrative responsibilities for another C-suite executive and other members of the office as needed Provide limited personal-assistant support, generally accounting for approximately 15% of the role. Personal assistance may include occasional local errands, banking needs, coordinating with contractors or service providers for a personal residence, or picking up documents or other items Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion Provide additional executive and administrative support as needs arise The Experience You Bring: Availability to work fully on-site, from 8am-5pm Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives Willingness to provide occasional after-hours responsiveness, estimated at once or twice a month High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information No-ego approach and willingness to handle tasks of any size Employee Benefits and Pay:$100,000 - $125,000 base salary Annual Bonus Paid time off, paid holidays, floating holidays Medical, dental, and vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) Retirement Plan Short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, Voluntary Life and AD&D
