Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Engagement: Build a positive team culture by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback. Recognize achievements to maintain high morale. Production Management: Oversee daily operations to meet efficiency and quality standards. Adjust processes to meet deadlines and maintain safety. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Address safety concerns promptly and ensure team training is current. Problem-Solving & Improvement: Troubleshoot issues swiftly, collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements, and analyze data for operational optimization.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and manage shift transitions smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years in a supervisory role within the flexible packaging or similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of packaging processes and materials.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Empathetic, approachable, and motivated to improve the work environment. Integrity and professionalism are essential.
