About the role
Ruxlo is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI to define the technical strategy for integrating AI across our real estate platform. You will design end-to-end AI systems, from model access to agent runtimes, and collaborate across engineering teams to ship robust AI-powered features.
You will build autonomous agents that operate with user consent, design durable workflows, and drive evaluation and cost controls while mentoring peers to raise the bar for production AI at scale.
