The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end optimization of HR operations, ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and consistency of processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave administration, and records management, both for domestic and international employee populations.The role also involves serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the HRIS, managing system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and integrations with other people systems. Additionally, the Head of HR Operations will oversee benefits administration, maintain HR compliance with employment laws, and develop HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Applicants for the Head of HR Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree, MBA, or SPHR/GPHR certifications being a significant plus. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years' in an HR operations, HRIS, or generalist role with a strong operational focus, is required.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRIS platforms, with hands-on experience in Paycor being strongly preferred, and experience in managing multi-state and/or international HR operations.
