Sentrixx Security is seeking a high-performing Security Camera & Access Control Solutions Account Executive to help organizations across Nebraska and Western Iowa enhance security, protect assets, and improve operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions. Must be a proactive, relationship-focused individual who combines technical understanding with a passion for helping customers solve business challenges. You are energized by working directly with business leaders, facility managers, contractors, and other key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships and design solutions that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Meet with business owners, executives, and facility managers. Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to adequately assess customer security needs and recommend solutions. Develop and present professional proposals, system recommendations, and value-based business cases. Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and successful close. Maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently exceeds revenue and growth objectives. Utilize CRM tools to manage all stages of sales cycle. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security camera systems, access control systems, or related industry experience. Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and develop turnkey security solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven success in managing customer relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
