About the role
We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Process Engineering Manager - Metal Casting Operation search in the Cleveland, OH area.*Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates residing outside the area.*
Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates, and directs activities related to developing, maintaining, and optimizing foundry manufacturing processes. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for all molding and core-making manufacturing methods. Reviews departmental technical issues and procedures, recommending solutions and process improvements as needed. Leads the organization’s process engineering team. Designs and implements process training programs for key personnel in collaboration with department managers.
Key Requirements:
Experience in a senior process engineering role leading process engineers in a foundry operation. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Strong problem-solving skills.
