Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding new customers, and being rewarded directly for your results? We are looking for a motivated Independent Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout the Greater Chicago Area and Northern Illinois. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission and uncapped earning potential. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while developing relationships with new and existing customers. We are a family-run business with a great culture, less red tape, and a straightforward approach to getting business done.

Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Identify potential customers and generate new leads Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Conduct local customer visits throughout the Chicagoland area as needed Bring furniture samples and product information to customer site visits Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Follow up with prospects and existing customers Set appointments and maintain consistent communication with customers Work toward and achieve sales goals Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRMCreate and present sales materials to prospective customers
Qualifications: Previous sales experience required Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, manufacturer sales, furniture sales, commercial sales, or business development is a plus Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Familiarity with CRM platforms Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own schedule Comfortable meeting with customers in person Must reside in the Greater Chicago Area or Northern Illinois Who Will Succeed in This Role?
