About the role

Perdue Farms Inc. seeks a Technical Leader to drive the Critical System Management program, ensuring safe operation across multiple facilities. You will own processes for Hexane PSM, Evacuation Notification, and Fire Alarm & Suppression systems, coordinating with Safety, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Environmental teams. You will develop standards, lead audits, and build organizational capability through coaching, benchmarking and training to strengthen risk management and reliability.
