Description: Holmen Cheese has an exceptional opportunity to join our team as aCager / De-Cager Warehouse Team Member. In this role your primary focus will be putting blocks of production in and out of cages. It is afast pace, physical positionwith the occasional use of a stand-up lift truck. Requirements
What you will do:
  • Cage and De-Cage product to prepare it for shipping
  • Use a vacuum lift assist device to move product
  • Palletize product to prepare for shipping
  • Ensure security of warehouse (doors sealed, lights in working order, docks plates and levelers in good condition)
  • Drive stand up forklift to load according to load sheet
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Ensure production has the needed materials ready for their production runs
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work are met
  • Ensure a high degree of detail and quality on every job
  • Control and organize storage and inventory space
  • Inspects trucks for appropriate sanitary conditions on all incoming and outgoing shipments. Fill out inbound/outbound inspection documentation
Ensure seals are placed on all out-going shipments and ensure seals are intact on in-coming shipments. Prepare bills of lading inclusive of product information, common carrier information, seal number and temperature requirement. HACCP Team MemberWhat we need from you: High School Diploma required.3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment Experience working within an ERP system Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software, required
