About the role
Director of Intake - Multi-State ABA Provider Full-Time - Hybrid - Up to $150,000 plus bonus Our client is a fast-growing, multi-state ABA provider that wants to make a family's first contact with them warm, quick, and clear. They are hiring a Director of Intake to lead the team behind that experience and to build the processes that keep it consistent as the organization expands. In this hybrid role you will own the whole journey from a family's first enquiry through to admission, managing the intake team and working closely with colleagues across the business.
What you'll do:
Manage, coach, and develop a team of intake representatives. Oversee incoming enquiries and referrals, making sure every family gets a prompt follow-up and a supportive experience. Own the intake pipeline, with a focus on response times, scheduling, and enquiry-to-admission conversion. Review performance data to spot bottlenecks and improve workflows. Handle complex intake cases and keep records accurate and consistent. Work with clinical operations, staffing, credentialing, revenue cycle, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to make onboarding smoother for families.
What you'll bring:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.3+ years in a leadership role in healthcare operations, patient access, intake, admissions, or customer service. Background in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or a related field. A track record of coaching teams and improving operational results. Comfort working with metrics, Excel, and a CRM, EMR, or patient management platform. Strong communication, sound judgment, and a real commitment to the families you serve. What's on offer:
