About the role
To support the development of a comprehensive Christian Counseling program, the part-time Independent Contractor will collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement a faith-based counseling model that integrates Christian principles into evidence-based mental health treatment while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop the framework for the Christian Counseling program, including clinical guidelines and best practices
Create and deliver training for clinicians on integrating faith into psychotherapy and maintaining ethical standards
Develop documentation standards and policies to ensure compliance with insurance and clinical requirements
Required qualifications
Experience in Christian Counseling and licensed mental health practice
Background in behavioral health program development and evidence-based psychotherapy
Knowledge of ethics in behavioral health practice and clinical documentation
Experience in training adult learners and developing policies and procedures
Strong Christian faith and understanding of professional ethics and standards of care
