Program Highlights Paid internship: $22.00/hour June 1, 2027 - August 6, 2027 Full-time (40 hours/week) Hybrid opportunity based in New Berlin, NY Company-provided housing for eligible interns Executive Lunch & Learns and networking opportunities Professional development workshops Team-building and social events Intern capstone project and presentation to leadership Internship opportunities are anticipated within: Personal Lines Underwriting Claims Additional opportunities may become available based on business needs.

What You'll Do: Support departmental projects and initiatives

Conduct research and analysis Collaborate with team members across the organization Apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges Gain valuable professional experience in the insurance industry

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred: Students pursuing a major or minor in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute professionally Join a nationally recognized internship program and discover where your career can begin.
