About the role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Studio Marketing Analyst supports the Studio Marketing Manager by managing day-to-day analytics and execution, delivering initial insights, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This role contributes to the execution of marketing strategies for Sigma US brands by analyzing market trends, tracking brand performance, supporting product launches, and identifying opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive growth. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Operations, and Sales, as well as external partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Hybrid: Scottsdale, Arizona- 3 days in office
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the analysis of Sigma US brand performance, market share, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the Studio Marketing Manager.
Support the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing initiatives, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, and advertising plans.
Compile, process, and present data from syndicated databases (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) and internal sources to inform brand strategy and marketing decisions.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and updates for internal teams, management reviews, and external partners. Prepare first drafts of presentations, briefs, and storytelling decks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations, and external partners) to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and timely communication of results. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with R&D, Operations, Sales, and external partners.
Track marketing budgets, advertising, research, and promotional investments to ensure adherence to allocated resources.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Two (2) years in marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish and English (written and oral)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES (KSA's)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including skills with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience creating and analyzing excel databases, graphs, pivot tables
Knowledge of syndicated databases, i.e., Nielsen/IRI; ability to process and analyze and disseminate data for presentations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to write and speak in a clear and concise manner
Experience with analyzing raw data or research reports and generating actionable insights; ability to present insights to internal stakeholders
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to manage relationships with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of consumer segmentation, targeting and positioning as well as consumer insight development
