Cleaner/ Finisher

Job Responsibilities: Clean and finish machined parts following verbal and written instructions Operate hand tools, pneumatic grinders, and other shop equipment as required Clean castings and remove excess material using grinders and finishing tools Stamp and serialize parts using metallic stamps and hammers Assist with inspection operations when needed Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, jib cranes, hand trucks, and floor trucks safely Verify documentation matches parts and accurately record required information Operate company vehicles safely when transporting materials or equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members verbally and in writing

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read and write in English Vocational training in welding or related trades preferred Previous experience in machining, inspection, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred Ability to safely use hand tools and industrial equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on precision tasks Must be able to distinguish color contrast and pass visual acuity requirements
