About the role

VOA Mid-States is seeking an Associate Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Grants in Louisville, KY. The AVP will drive private philanthropy, donor relationships, and grant development across four-state service areas, reporting to the VP of External Relations. Leading a development team, you will expand revenue from individuals, corporations, and foundations, while shaping strategies and ensuring successful proposal development and grant reporting.
