About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to an executive leader within a growing organization. This individual will play an important role in managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating schedules and meetings, and supporting key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities: Manage the executive leader’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents Help prioritize tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables Maintain organized files, records, and important information Support various projects and company initiatives Screen and prioritize incoming communications Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion Provide additional administrative support as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
