About the role

Landmark is seeking a Field Civil Leadman to oversee formwork, concrete pours, carpentry, and rodbusting on projects across Texas. The role requires hands-on supervision, adherence to safety policies, and coordination with crews to maintain progress and quality. Extensive overnight travel is expected. You will set forms, tie rebar, and supervise tank jig and scaffolding activities while ensuring OSHA 1926 compliance and Landmark safety standards.
