About the role

READY is seeking a Managing Director, School Strategy and Investments, to lead an evidence-based approach to expanding access to high-quality Rochester schools. The role is based in Rochester or remote with about 25% travel to portfolio schools and partners. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to set strategy, evaluate founders and schools, structure investments, and drive growth across READY’s portfolio while aligning with community needs and equity goals.
