Behavioral Health Technicians Valeo Resources is partnered with an East Coast based mental health/SUD organization that is constantly expanding. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join the team in Charlotte, NC! In this role, you will be working with adults with co-occurring mental health/SUD to transition back into their communities and families!
Position: Behavioral Health Technician
Location: Charlotte, NCSchedules available:2nd shift (3:30pm-12am)3rd shift (overnights +$1 shift differential)
Responsibilities: Assist with patient treatment plans, monitor and document patient progress. Support group therapy sessions. Ensure a safe environment. Respond to patient needs and crises. Collaborate with healthcare professionals. Deescalation and AMA Blocking
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Clean drivers record with no restriction on driving a van
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability for all shifts.
