About the role

Terracon seeks a Property Condition Assessor to perform commercial property inspections and prepare Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports for office, multifamily, retail, industrial and other facilities in Florida. You will evaluate building systems, identify deficiencies, estimate repair costs, and develop capital reserve recommendations. The role combines field work, technical analysis, client interaction and report preparation.
