Location: Centerburg, OH (northeast of Columbus)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, 9-hour shifts, about 1 weekend per month, rotating holidays
Pay: $48 to $68 per hour plus sign-on bonus Deliver hands-on patient care as a Retail Outpatient Pharmacist with a respected hospital, enjoying small-town living with easy access to Columbus. Must-Haves PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy Active Ohio Pharmacist license with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Immunization certification, or willingness to certify within 90 days of hire Availability for day shifts, about one weekend per month, and rotating holidays
What You'll Do: Provide retail and outpatient pharmacy services in line with state and federal law Administer immunizations and deliver clear patient consultations Support medication therapy management (MTM) and specialty medications Help patients transition home through the Meds to Beds program Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing Care for patients of all ages, from neonates and pediatrics to geriatrics Uphold professional practice standards and accreditation requirements Nice-to-Haves 340B program experience Specialty pharmacy experience
Compensation and Benefits: $48 to $68 per hour based on experience Sign-on bonus Full benefits package Predictable day shift schedule with limited weekends Closed on most major holidays, with shortened hours on the rest
