Salary: 21 Embroiderer / Sewing Machine Operator - 18-22/hr DOE

Job Description: Do you love embroidery and want to turn your passion into a career? We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer/Sewing Machine Operator to join a growing local business. The ideal candidate will have previous embroidery experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while also supporting a close-knit team in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities: Operate embroidery and sewing equipment to complete customer orders accurately and efficiently Utilize Wilcom embroidery software to prepare and process embroidery designs Fill and prepare customer orders for completion and pickup Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Maintain organization and cleanliness in the front office and production areas Assist with general shop duties and support team members as needed Learn company procedures and daily operations Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of embroidery experience required Previous sewing machine operation experience preferred Experience with Wilcom embroidery software preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Work Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
