Full Time CDL Bus Driver National Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time CDL Bus Driver. The Bus Driver provides superior, friendly, efficient service during the rental car process, transporting customers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timely manner in 33+ passenger shuttle buses. Establishes and maintains clear communications with other bus operators and management team to ensure a consistent, superior level of customer service. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. This position pays $22 / hr and is located at the Washington Dulles International Airport - 23430 Autopilot Drive Dulles, VA 20166.The schedule for this position is Full Time with a guaranteed 40 hours per week with schedules varying weekly based on business needs. This shift is an "unassigned" shift, with schedules posted on Thursdays before the start of the work week. No overnights unless the unassigned employee requests it and the business requires it. No split shifts. Minimum of 1 year of previous driving experience transporting passengers in a similar vehicle (large shuttle van or bus) required. This position does not allow for any other paid employment - No Moonlighting. Must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and Brake Endorsement (Class A or B).No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Must be able to complete a pre-employment DOT physical exam & drug test to obtain a Medical Card as required by the USDOT.No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment allowed).We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
