Location: Arlington, VA
Schedule: Fully Onsite, 5 Days per Week
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Contracts Analyst to support a growing organization in Arlington, VA. This position will be heavily focused on client billing, contract review, order processing, and ensuring billing activity aligns with contractual terms. The ideal candidate will have strong billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience working within Net Suite and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle client billing and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. Review customer contracts and agreements to identify billing terms, pricing, payment schedules, and other requirements. Ensure invoices and account setups align with contractual terms and supporting documentation. Process customer orders and maintain accurate billing and account information within Net Suite. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, contract inconsistencies, and account issues. Review billing data for accuracy prior to invoice generation. Maintain detailed documentation related to customer contracts, billing activity, and account changes. Prepare billing reports and perform account analysis using Excel. Partner with Accounting, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve billing and contract-related questions. Assist with reconciliations, month-end billing activities, and additional accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, contract administration, or related experience. Net Suite experience strongly preferred. Experience reviewing contracts and translating terms into accurate billing. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume transactional data. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
