The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing integrated marketing campaigns that promote ICSC events, programs, and member initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with strong organizational skills, a passion for communications, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator helps keep projects organized and ensures digital content is accurate, accessible, on brand, and aligned with organizational goals. This position is hybrid and based out of our New York City office, in-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement website updates, ensuring content is accurate, current, accessible, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards. Support the organization’s CMS migration by organizing and auditing existing content, assisting with content transfer, and helping test and maintain the new platform. Assist in developing and scheduling marketing content, including email communications, event promotions, website updates, and social media posts. Support project management activities by maintaining campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and following up with stakeholders. Collaborate with event, content, creative, digital, and email marketing teams to implement marketing initiatives. Assist with maintaining content calendars and communication schedules to ensure consistent audience engagement. Help organize marketing assets and identify opportunities to repurpose existing content across channels.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of marketing, communications, event marketing, or related experience. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Experience supporting marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and digital channels. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, or email marketing tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, or reporting platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Positive, professional demeanor and a strong commitment to teamwork. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Interest in event marketing, member engagement, and content marketing preferred.
