College Co-op: Supplemental Programs Business AnalystThe Government Markets team implements and manages programs designed to enhance the experience of our Medicare and ACA members with both their health plan and the broader healthcare system. These initiatives promote comprehensive care while supporting Risk Adjustment and Star Ratings objectives.
Position Summary: The Supplemental Programs Business Analyst Co-op will report to the Supplemental Programs Manager and support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of program operations. This role provides hands-on experience working with data, business processes, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Key areas of responsibility include: Operational Support Provider and Vendor Support Data Quality and Process Improvement Program Analytics and Reporting The co-op will assist in developing executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and business performance analyses. This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Support day-to-day program operations and administration. Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist with provider and vendor communications and operational support activities. Develop reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership. Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives. Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.
