About the role
Providing strategic legal guidance, the full-time remote Senior Counsel - Commercial Regulatory will negotiate, draft, and manage complex commercial agreements while advising on regulatory compliance and business objectives across various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements and procurement contracts
Lead negotiations on high-value transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
Advise on regulatory compliance and assist in developing policies and procedures to meet legal requirements
Required qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
Typically 6+ years of relevant legal experience with significant experience in commercial transactions
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters
Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactions and provide practical legal advice
