You'll play a critical role in coordinating the donation process by: Speaking with donor families and guiding them through important conversations with compassion and professionalism. Reviewing medical information and documentation to determine donor eligibility. Coordinating activities among hospitals, funeral homes, medical examiners, and recovery teams. Gathering and organizing time-sensitive information while maintaining accuracy. Making thoughtful decisions based on established guidelines. Supporting a process that requires teamwork across multiple departments and organizations.
