About the role

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a coordinator to work with technicians, mitigation and construction teams to provide outstanding customer service. You will manage scheduling for daily work and after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, and maintaining job information in our software. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to follow instructions while coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving
