About the role
Bayer in San Francisco seeks an Associate Director for Regional Marketing to drive Thought Leader engagement and regional programs across the cardiovascular-renal portfolio. You will manage TL relationships, plan and execute congress presence, and translate field insights into national strategies while coordinating with local teams.
The role requires 5–7 years in pharma, cardiovascular experience, and a willingness to travel ~50%+. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences is preferred.
