You will contribute to the delivery of premium packaging and print products by managing material feeding and supporting the press operator in achieving consistent, high-quality output.

Responsibilities:
Execute precise makeready processes and manage sheet feeding for multi-color, high-speed printing presses.
Handle diverse substrates including paper, board, foil, and plastic to ensure optimal production results.
Proactively troubleshoot feeding challenges and perform essential preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate closely with the lead press operator to uphold strict quality benchmarks and productivity goals.
Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance throughout the production floor.
Support team efficiency by ensuring materials are staged and ready for continuous press operation.
Qualifications:
Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional pressroom or high-volume manufacturing facility.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive bending, and operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
Proven ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience specifically with Komori or similar large-format printing press technology.
Deep understanding of color consistency and print quality control standards.
Commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
