About the role
McGraw Kokosing is seeking a Safety Education and Training Specialist to develop, implement, and deliver safety education and training materials across projects. You will oversee onboarding, program management, and the creation of manuals, presentations, and Safety Talks to standardize safety messaging.
The role requires leadership in training delivery, data analysis of learning outcomes, and collaboration with Safety leadership and operations to continuously improve safety programs.
