What We’re Looking For:
This is not for average operators. We’re looking for a surgeon who: Converts consultations into procedures at a high level Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and ORIs confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth Wants to scale - not just maintain Scope of Practice Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments Patient consultations and treatment planning Pre-op and post-op management Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
Qualifications:
- MD or DOCompletion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
- Active Florida medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
- Experience 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferredASC experience preferred
