Venture Capital Job – Vice President/Principal – Centerfield Capital Partners

Key Responsibilities: Represent the Centerfield brand externally and clearly communicate our strategy, investment interests, and approach to value‑creation via outbound solicitation, in‑person meetings, and conference attendance Assist with efforts around deal sourcing, including building and managing relationships with Centerfield’s network of deal referral sources, including other private credit and equity funds, independent sponsors, investment banks, and other advisory firms Lead the evaluation and execution of investments, including Centerfield’s internal and external due diligence process and the negotiation and legal documentation of the terms of investment. Manage investments post‑closing, including serving in the capacity of a board member or observer to portfolio company boards of directors and overseeing portfolio performance Establish and cultivate relationships with Centerfield’s key constituents, including investors, coinvestors, advisory firms, and portfolio company management teams Support firm development and operations through leadership and participation in certain projects and critical workstreams necessary to manage the firm
