Dynamic cross-functional collaboration: Partner directly with talented teams across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Inventory. What's a typical day as a Senior eCommerce Merchandiser? You'll be: Developing and executing onsite digital merchandising strategies across product categories, collections, PLPs, PDPs, search, navigation, and promotional experiences to maximize conversion, AOV, and category growth. Prioritizing product sequencing, placement, and visual presentation while leading seasonal campaign merchandising, sorting rules, badging, bundling, and recommendation logic. Co-developing the digital content and merchandising calendar, managing launch readiness, and aligning dependencies across Marketing, Creative, Inventory, and Tech. Optimizing customer journeys and reducing shopping friction through enhancements to navigation, faceted filters, and search discovery via continuous test-and-learn initiatives. Analyzing conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and customer behavior metrics using web analytics tools to establish baselines, track KPIs, and drive commercial decisions. Identifying hero products, underexposed items, and assortment gaps to lead product and category launch merchandising. Building, QAing, and maintaining digital merchandising experiences hands-on within enterprise eCommerce platforms, CMS, and PIM systems. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 4+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related discipline (DTC, retail, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, outdoor, eyewear, or consumer goods).Possess deep functional expertise in PLPs, PDPs, navigation hierarchies, on-site search, product categorization, and customer journey optimization. Have proven analytical capability leveraging web analytics (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI) and behavioral insights (e.g., ContentSquare, Quantum Metric) to make data-driven commercial decisions. Have demonstrated experience managing product go-to-market launches, seasonal campaigns, and site promotions. Bring hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise eCommerce platforms, CMS, and PIM tools. Have experience with search merchandising tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or A/B testing platforms (preferred).
