About the role
Leading the Consumer Intelligence & Strategy function, the full-time Senior Director of Consumer Strategy will define and implement consumer insights and growth strategies, collaborating across various teams to ensure decisions are informed by consumer understanding and market dynamics in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the consumer intelligence strategy and multi-year enterprise intelligence agenda
Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable recommendations that shape brand and innovation strategies
Guide analytics-driven decision-making and ensure robust measurement frameworks across marketing and commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in consumer insights, strategy, analytics, or related fields
Proven ability to lead a consumer intelligence strategy and translate insights into business outcomes
Deep expertise in consumer behavior, market dynamics, and growth strategy
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with AI-enabled intelligence systems
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of influencing enterprise-level decisions
