About the role

VP/SVP Growth & Digital Transformation (Travel, Transportation & Hospitality)Atlanta, GAWe’re hiring a VP Account Director to lead growth and digital transformation partnerships across the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sector. You’ll drive revenue, deepen executive relationships, and shape multi‑year modernization programs for airlines, hotel groups, cruise lines, rental car brands, mobility platforms, and travel service providers.
What You’ll Do: Own commercial growth, new‑logo acquisition, and account expansion across your Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality portfolio. Build and manage a targeted pipeline across airlines, hospitality brands, cruise lines, rental car companies, and travel platforms. Lead early‑stage BD conversations, craft transformation narratives, and shape proposals that connect operations, loyalty, digital product, and guest experience. Partner directly with senior executives (COO, CIO, CDO, CMO, CCO, brand presidents) to define digital and operational transformation roadmaps. Frame every engagement around measurable value — revenue optimization, load factor, RevPAR, occupancy, NPS, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Guide clients through modernization of digital architecture, operating models, and traveler/guest experience ecosystems. Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across design, data, engineering, product, loyalty, and operations. Maintain strong relationship health, strategic alignment, and long‑term account performance.
Who You Are: 12–20 years in growth, BD, client leadership, or digital transformation within agencies, consultancies, or travel‑focused environments. Proven success originating and closing enterprise opportunities with senior travel and hospitality leaders. Deep understanding of the travel value chain — operations, loyalty, revenue management, digital booking, guest experience, and traveler engagement. Skilled at diagnosing challenges and translating them into actionable transformation programs.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
