This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving up to 33 lbs., standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and kneeling Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications and work instructions What You'll Do as a Team Member: Perform operational tasks according to established rules, instructions, and quality standards Help the team meet performance targets by generating actions and serving as a point of contact for operational activities Perform operator maintenance tasks within the assigned team Support team members and participate in team activities Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments Continuously improve your skills and ability to perform assigned activities Share knowledge and competencies with team members Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment Support new activities, process improvements, and reorganizations Perform duties with integrity and in accordance with ethical standards Build productive working relationships and collaborate toward shared objectives Maintain a positive, self-motivated approach while working through challenges Seek opportunities to learn, develop, and improve job performance
