Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.* Extensive experience in client relationship management and executive advisory within state government agencies, municipalities, or public sector environments.* Demonstrable track record of building and commercializing consultative relationships with senior public sector leaders and department directors.* Proven experience leading and executing complex IT consulting projects, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernizations with multi-disciplinary teams.* Direct experience identifying, pursuing, and closing business development opportunities within SLED accounts, with a strong understanding of state budget cycles and fiscal year planning.* Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes, including formal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs), sole-source justifications, and cooperative purchasing vehicles such as NASPO, OMNIA, or GSA schedules.* Demonstrated financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, managing margin expectations, containing engagement risk, and growing contract backlog.* Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities and consulting proposals from pre-deal strategy through delivery.* Deep understanding of modern technology trends, hybrid cloud architectures, and IT professional services solutions.* Familiarity with public sector compliance and regulatory frameworks, including CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and StateRAMP.* Strong personal brand, executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to innovate and lead organizational change.* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.* Prior professional experience working within a state government department (such as Transportation, Health and Human Services, Revenue, or Public Safety) or a local municipality.* Demonstrated success working within a major management consultancy, IT services firm, or cloud hyperscaler environment focusing on SLED accounts.* Direct experience establishing client relationships and growing enterprise IT accounts across state agencies in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.* Background in government IT modernization efforts, digital equity initiatives, or smart community technology frameworks.* Active professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) or IT service management methodologies.* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or a related technical discipline.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800Colorado: $185,760 to $334,320Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800New York City: $222,960 to $401,160Washington: $204,360 to $367,800Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
