Job Title: Vice President of eCommerce

Position Summary:
The Vice President of eCommerce is responsible for driving the company’s digital commerce strategy, growth, and performance across all online channels. This role oversees the end-to-end eCommerce operations, including Amazon management, digital marketing, conversion optimization, merchandising, analytics, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Lead digital initiatives that enhance the brand’s online presence and customer journey. Collaborate with executive leadership to align eCommerce goals with broader business objectives. Marketing & Conversion Optimization: Drive paid and organic traffic through SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate channels. Oversee A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization strategies. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to measure KPIs and inform data-driven decisions. Merchandising & Operations: Oversee online merchandising, product assortment, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns. Partner with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, including digital marketing, content, and operations staff. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Expert knowledge of Amazon marketplaces. Proven success in scaling DTC (Shopify) revenue and improving conversion rates. Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and omnichannel commerce. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
