Position Summary: Family Tree Farms is seeking adependable, motivated, and bilingual Human Resources Internto join our HR team for the 2027 season. This hands-on internship is designed for a college student or recent graduate interested in gaining practical Human Resources experience in a fast-paced agricultural and packing environment. The HR Intern will work closely with employees, supervisors, managers, and the HR team while supporting our seasonal workforce. The internship is expected tobegin immediately following the candidate's graduation or last scheduled day of school and continue through August 21, 2027.Essential Responsibilities Assist with seasonal recruitment, hiring, new-hire orientation, and onboarding. Help employees complete employment documentation and navigate HR systems. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors. Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, timekeeping, schedules, payroll processes, and HR procedures. Review timekeeping records and assist with resolving missing or incorrect punches. Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation. Support employee relations matters, including coaching and corrective-action documentation. Prepare and distribute employee communications and notices. Assist with attendance tracking and other workforce-related reporting. Support company safety initiatives and workplace expectations. Assist with seasonal employee programs, events, and recognition activities. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information. Assist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. Education Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree inHuman Resources, AgBusiness, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, with an interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Required Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance. Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to exercise good judgment and discretion. Comfortable communicating and building professional relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced seasonal environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of the HR team.
Valid:
  • California driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between company facilities inReedley and Kingsburg .Available to work
  • Monday through Saturday, primarily onsecond shift, with flexibility to work early mornings during recruitment, orientation, and onboarding season.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn HR and timekeeping systems.
