About the role

The NYS Division of Human Rights seeks a Human Rights Specialist 3 to direct and plan anti-discrimination investigations under the Director of the Division Initiated Action Unit. You will review referrals, participate in outreach, and develop agency policy in coordination with senior leadership. You will also prepare staffing/budget requests, handle complex investigations, provide guidance to staff, and draft settlement offers for review.
