The Role: Business development is at the heart of what we do. As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and growing your own specialist market within the technology recruitment space. You’ll be given the training, tools and support to develop into a confident sales professional while taking increasing ownership of your own clients and business.
Your Responsibilities: Researching and identifying new business opportunities Prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers Building and developing long-term commercial relationships Conducting outbound calls, meetings and business development conversations Understanding client requirements and positioning recruitment solutions Developing and managing your own network of clients and candidates Negotiating terms and converting opportunities into new business Managing relationships throughout the recruitment process Building your knowledge of the technology market and becoming a specialist within your chosen sector Working towards individual activity, sales and revenue targets Growing your own desk and ultimately building a personal book of business Build Your Own Career This isn’t simply another entry-level sales position.
