About the role

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a corporate partnerships associate to assist in the engagement and maintenance of corporate partners. This position administers and coordinates advertising, exhibit, and corporate sponsorship programs that generate non-dues revenue for the organization. The role manages related contracts, tracks activity, maintains stakeholder relationships, and ensures fulfillment of all sponsorship obligations.
Responsibilities: Support customized advertising packages, exhibits, conference sponsorships and corporate support opportunities. Oversee conference deliverables and ensure sponsors are recognized and commitments fulfilled on schedule. Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, engagement activities and strategic communication. Build relationships with prospective corporate partners through networking, conference travel and ongoing communication to generate sales leads. Maintain Corporate Relations Department email accounts to ensure timely and professional responses and maintain accurate records.
