Investment Operations Lead (#1 in Operations)

Compensation: $400k - $550k total comp (commensurate with experience level) We’re working with a leading $30B+ alternative asset manager on a high-impact opportunity for a senior Investment Operations professional to join a rapidly growing, diversified credit platform. This is far more than a traditional operations management role. The person joining will serve as a key leader across the platform, managing a team of 10 while partnering directly with senior leadership on automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. What They’re Looking For

• 10 - 15+ years of Investment Operations experience, ideally within Private Credit / Credit
• Strong experience across loans, direct lending, CLOs and/or structured credit
• Must have experience working within an alternative asset management firm or investment firm
• Proven people management experience (must have experience managing a team)
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities
• A technology-minded, process-oriented approach with an interest in automation
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, institutional investment environment
