The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing asset-level business plans to meet client objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial performance, market position, risks, and opportunities for each asset in the portfolio. The Managing Director will provide strategic direction to property management, leasing, and operating partners, and will be involved in monitoring and reporting on operating results, leasing activity, and capital expenditures. Additionally, the role involves preparing annual business plans, evaluating significant decisions through financial analysis, and overseeing multifamily development projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management, acquisitions, portfolio management, or a related investment role. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in multifamily and industrial properties, with a preference for those with deep multifamily operating expertise. Experience in office, healthcare, and retail is beneficial. The role also requires a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies across various investment types, strong knowledge of property operations, and experience in managing teams and third-party partners.
