Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet customers, vendors, and other visitors.
- Input client details into the Customer Record Management SystemSort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Order and stock office/kitchen supplies.
- Provide superior hostmanship by maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the reception area, design showroom, and conference rooms.
- Prepares opportunity paperwork for distribution to design consultants
- Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.
- Willing to learn and understand more about the stone industry.
Receptionist Job Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required 2 years of reception/general office experience Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Highly effective interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel) Excellent problem-solving skills Polished image Must pass work eligibility requirements.
