About the role

We are hiring a Junior Business Development Manager (2 years of experience) to help drive the growth of a business and IT consulting firm serving leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences companies across the United States. The preferred start date is as soon as possible. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Princeton, New Jersey.
Compensation includes:
  • Annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000 +Additional $7,000 PMO bonus +3% variable compensation on revenue above 40%Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
  • Build a portfolio of clients and prospects in the United States.
  • Secure meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities among healthcare and life sciences.
  • Understand clients’ needs in innovation, business strategy, and market development.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ innovation, business strategy, and market development needs.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals with project teams.
  • Present and negotiate consulting proposals.
  • Act as the interface between clients and consulting teams.
  • Monitor sold engagements.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction.
  • Develop existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth in the U.S. market.
Required Qualifications: Completed university studies. Junior profile (2 years of experience) in business development, consulting, or B2B services sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior executives and key decision-makers. Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Interested?
