About the role
- Receive initial and regular, ongoing training and support
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to individuals with autism in their home, school, or community environment
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)Teach communication, social, and adaptive skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect data and document session notes
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent support
- Communicate professionally with families, other professionals, and team members
- Paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ongoing supervision and professional development toward becoming an RBT, as well as supervision for those interested in the BCaBA® and BCBA paths

- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting in order to observe, assess, and interact with infants/toddlers
- Frequent speaking and listening to clients, staff, and other professionals in meetings and on the phone
- Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting, and using upper and lower limbs to drive car to and from home visits and meetings
- Occasional sitting and maintaining close visual attention to write reports and work at the computer
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading toys and materials used in home visits
